ALL GREEN FAV TEA

AHHH!! Pasta and greens, I love love love this tea, honestly i's a great way to get in your 5 a day in one meal and use the left overs in your fridge. It's super simple too, basically anything green goes in, mmm!! 
Pesto veggie pasta- serves about 3 people
Ingredients: 

  • Any green vegetables eg. broccoli, spinach, courgette, peas, green beans, asparagus, Brussels sprouts, yeah you get the point
  • 1 onion 
  • 2-3 table spoons of Philadelphia or any creamy cheese
  • 2-3 tea spoons of pesto- to your taste really
  • 1 vegetable stock (in water) 
  • PASTA (as much as you need) 
  • Oil 
Method: 
1. Add the oil and cut onions to a pan, leave to simmer
2. Start to cook the pasta
3. Create your stock, pour that in with the onions and leave to reduce down a bit, add the cheese and pesto 
4. Add your chosen veggies and allow it all to cook
5. drain pasta
6. SERVE 
SOOO YUMMY

Everyday Fruity Foods

I love love love love fruit, like so much words cant explain!! I could live on fruit (well I mainly do)
Everyday for breakfast usually I have a massive bowl of fruit, then a quick snack at school of an apple or something and than lunch I have to have more fruit. I am so fortunate that I live this way and am lucky I can have all this fruit, mangos, apples, bananas, raspberries and so many more. I believe fruit has so many benefits to you not just making you healthier but helping your brain and even clearing your skin!!
These pictures are what a typical breakfast would be for me:
 I absolutely love this, it is: nice cream, granola, frozen berries, frozen mango all blended and placed in these jars!!

First things first...

Hi, so i decided to start a blog even though i am only 15 years old, i thought why not? I've got to start somewhere. Today it's a gloomy day in England and it made me think, i want somewhere that i can show to people (or me if no one ever looks at this blog) the things i love in life and appreciate, the benefits of living in England and how we can explore. Futhermore, i want to have my lifestyle down in a blog (me veggie lifestyle) I have been a veggie for only 2 or 3 years but i want to become a vegan and help change things.
 I want to appreciate life, i want to have the memories not in my head for me just to rememeber but here for anyone, m family, my friends etc.
