ALL GREEN FAV TEA

AHHH!! Pasta and greens, I love love love this tea, honestly i's a great way to get in your 5 a day in one meal and use the left overs in your fridge. It's super simple too, basically anything green goes in, mmm!! 
Pesto veggie pasta- serves about 3 people
Ingredients: 

  • Any green vegetables eg. broccoli, spinach, courgette, peas, green beans, asparagus, Brussels sprouts, yeah you get the point
  • 1 onion 
  • 2-3 table spoons of Philadelphia or any creamy cheese
  • 2-3 tea spoons of pesto- to your taste really
  • 1 vegetable stock (in water) 
  • PASTA (as much as you need) 
  • Oil 
Method: 
1. Add the oil and cut onions to a pan, leave to simmer
2. Start to cook the pasta
3. Create your stock, pour that in with the onions and leave to reduce down a bit, add the cheese and pesto 
4. Add your chosen veggies and allow it all to cook
5. drain pasta
6. SERVE 
SOOO YUMMY
